Stratford Addition

The homeowners in The Captain John Mullan neighborhood in Missoula, MT requested a new 10’ x 15’ office and master closet addition at the corner of their house. The plans were drawn to the customers’ requests, engineer approved and permitted through the City of Missoula.

This project required the removal of a concrete patio and a new foundation. The construction was standard wood framing for the floors, walls and roof. Ducting was modified to ensure adequate heating and cooling, as well as new electrical wiring for outlets, switches and lights.

New insulation, drywall, doors and trim, windows and painting completed the interior. The customer chose to install the flooring themselves.

Finally, the exterior lap siding and the roofing shingles were installed to match the existing house.

After the completion of the project the customer said, 

“We really appreciate all your efforts. You guys have been excellent to work with and we are very happy with the job you’ve done on the house. “
