University Apartment Siding

This University of Montana neighborhood apartment complex in Missoula, MT needed repairs to the back portion of the units. The old siding and trim needed to be removed and structural repairs were done to the walls and stairs. The windows and doors were removed and walls were modified for the new windows and doors. New shear panels were installed and wrapped with a moisture barrier. New windows and doors and trim were installed.

Modifications and repairs to the stairs and handrails were completed. The new lap siding was installed with a “belly band” as an architectural feature to improve the looks. Everything was caulked and a new coat of primer and paint was installed.
